Welcome to Mopani on Tuli (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our website, making a reservation, or staying at our lodge, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.


1. OUR SERVICE

Mopani on Tuli provides luxury accommodation and safari experiences in Botswana’s Tuli Block. By making a booking with us, you enter into a binding agreement for accommodation and related hospitality services as described on our website or in your booking confirmation.

We strive to ensure an exceptional guest experience and reserve the right to update or adjust our services from time to time to maintain our high standards.


2. BOOKINGS, FEES AND PAYMENT

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed once payment (or the required deposit) has been received.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit, as specified at the time of booking, is required to secure your reservation.

Balance: The remaining balance must be settled before arrival, as per the payment terms outlined in your confirmation.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made securely through our approved payment channels or by direct transfer to our nominated account.

All pricing is inclusive of relevant taxes, levies, and service charges unless otherwise stated.


3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We understand that travel plans may change. Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

More than 30 days before arrival: 75% refund of total booking (less administrative fees).

- 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund.

- Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.

Deposits are non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be transferred to a future booking if notice is given in time and availability allows.


4. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete, including names, dates, and contact details.


Guests must:

- Comply with lodge safety guidelines and staff instructions at all times.

- Respect wildlife, other guests, and the natural environment.

- Ensure valid travel documents and required entry permits for Botswana are obtained prior to arrival.

- Mopani on Tuli will not be held liable for any costs, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete guest information.


5. PRIVACY

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.


Your details are collected and processed solely for the purpose of managing your booking, communicating with you, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our hospitality services.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we take every measure to ensure your comfort and safety, Mopani on Tuli cannot be held responsible for:

- Delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (such as weather, border closures, or transport disruptions).

- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

- Injuries, illnesses, or accidents arising from activities undertaken voluntarily by guests.

We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events or cancellations.


7. LODGE ACCESS AND WILDLIFE SAFETY

Guests acknowledge that Mopani on Tuli operates in a natural wildlife environment. Entering restricted areas, approaching wildlife, or ignoring safety guidelines is strictly prohibited and done at the guest’s own risk.

Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
